All estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change following an on-site inspection or if the project scope changes.

Appointment dates and times are subject to availability. Hudson Smart Homes reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring safe access to the installation area at the scheduled time.

Hudson Smart Homes is not responsible for failures caused by third-party products, manufacturer defects, internet outages, power outages, or other services outside of our control.

Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Hudson Smart Homes may send SMS messages regarding:

• Consultation reminders
• Quotes
• Project updates
• Customer support
• Promotional messages (only after separate marketing consent)

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
