Every Hudson Smart Homes installation is protected by manufacturer warranties, our workmanship guarantee, and ongoing local support.
Manufacturer Warranties
Every device we install is covered by its manufacturer's warranty — typically 1–5 years depending on the product. We register hardware on your behalf whenever possible and help you file claims if something fails.
Installation Workmanship Warranty
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the install date. If anything we installed fails due to installation error, we'll return and fix it at no charge.
Support Availability
Every install includes 90 days of priority support. Annual care plans are available for continuous tuning, firmware updates, and remote troubleshooting.
How to Request Service
Call (857) 420-4370 or email info@hudsonsmart.homes with your address and a short description of the issue. Most requests are triaged within one business day.
Maintenance Recommendations
We recommend an annual system tune-up to review firmware, replace aging batteries, verify backups, and add any new devices to your automations.
